"OTOKU Line" For users of emergency communicators
For users of the emergency communicator

For the emergency communicator for the aged, contact the provider of the device.
If you use the direct emergency communicator for the aged (this is an automatic emergency communicator on a pendant, etc., that transmits emergency information to the emergency communication institution registered in the system previously through ordinary telephone circuits at the press of a button in the case of an emergency), it may not be able to connect to the emergency contact point. Contact the device provider or the customer desk at the public institution (Welfare division, etc.) in your residential area.

If you use the direct emergency communicator, you cannot apply for "OTOKU Line."
Telephone circuits on which the 110/119 direct emergency communicator is installed cannot be used for "OTOKU Line."
If it is not clear whether the communicator is connected or not, please contact the company that installed the device.
An emergency communicator is a device that automatically calls 110 or 119 when the emergency button is pressed and then transmits a previously recorded message (calling party information) once the commander's desk replies to the call.
