【重要なお知らせ】「Google™ Postini Services」の販売停止と「Google Apps™ Vault」への移行について

この度、Google より「Google™ Postini Services」から「Google Apps™ Vault」へのサービス移行についての案内がありました。
これにともない、ソフトバンクテレコムでの「Google™ Postini Services」の取り扱いについて詳細をお知らせいたします。

1.「Google™ Postini Services」新規販売の停止について

■販売停止サービス

  • Google™ Message Discovery（メールアーカイブ）1年間
  • Google™ Message Discovery Extended Retention（メールアーカイブ）10年間

■最終受付日（予定）

  • 2012年12月19日（水）

■最終開通日

  • 2012年12月26日（水）

2012年12月20日（木）以降は「Google Apps™ Vault」の販売のみとなります。

2.「Google™ Postini Services」 から「Google Apps™ Vault」への移行について

■対象のお客様

  • 「Google™ Postini Services」をご利用中のお客様

■移行日

  • 2013年4月以降

■移行後の提供条件

  • サービス内容は「Google Apps™ Vault」に準じます。
  • 料金とアカウントの数え方は「Google™ Postini Services」に準じます。（2014年6月30日以降の更新日まで）

例えば、退職者の利用したアカウントなどで「Suspend User」として登録されたアカウントは課金されません。

■その他

2013年1月以降も、「Google Apps™ Vault」への移行が完了するまでは、「Google™ Postini Services」のアカウント追加は可能です。
